Not happy with your product?
1️⃣ Find your order number (you’ll find it in your confirmation email).
2️⃣ Contact us via the support icon (bottom right of the page) or email us at info.neurokalm@gmail.com with your return request and order number.
3️⃣ We’ll provide return instructions. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund immediately.
📌 Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not accept returns for used products.
Why Can’t Opened Products Be Returned?
Our products are classified as hygiene products. We take hygiene and public safety very seriously, so for the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
Received a Faulty Product?
1️⃣ Take 2-3 clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
2️⃣ Find your order number (from your confirmation email).
3️⃣ Email us at info.neurokalm@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
4️⃣ We’ll review your request and provide return instructions. Once we receive the package, we’ll issue your refund immediately.
