Do you need to return or request a refund?

Don't worry! Just follow these simple steps - it will take you less than 2 minutes.

Don't like the product?

  1. Locate your order number (you will find it in the confirmation email).
  2. Contact us via the support icon (bottom right of the page) or send us an email to info .neurokalm @gmail .com with your return request and order number.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions. Once we receive the package, we will process your refund immediately.

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Returns of products that have been used will not be accepted.

Why can't products be returned once they have been opened?

Products are considered hygienic products. We take hygiene and public safety issues very seriously and for the safety of all our customers we do not allow the return of opened or used items.


Did you receive a defective product?

  1. Take 2-3 photos or videos that clearly show the problem.
  2. Locate your order number (you will find it in the confirmation email).
  3. Send us an email to info .neurokalm @gmail .com with the photos and the order number.
  4. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions. Once we receive the package, we will issue your refund immediately.
